Received voice messages from this number. I couldn't understand, nor decifer what was being said. No owner, nor owner information is provided for this number.

Owner sends threats ans text messages identifying themselves as a Zetas Mexican gang members and ****s to try and extort money.

Got calls (2) from this number in rapid succession. Asking about financial situation. I did not wait to hear more and ***g up each time. They did not call a 3rd time.

Did not tell me what debt was owed. Just a case number 105065

The woman calls herself Cathy Martin (probably fictions) she did not leave a company name just a threatening message to send her $5,000.00 right away orshe would sue me.

Call me 8/27/09 saying that they have a judgememt on me and I will be picked up 8/28/09 by their attorney.  This was a foreign voice that you can hardly hear what he was saying.  There was so much noise on the background, it seems so unprofessional that a law fim sounds like that.  I have seen reports about people like this and everyone should think twice before giving any info to these thieves.  BEWARE!!!!!!!!

I rec'd at call at work from a woman, and I couldn't understand her. She said "I will let you speak to my supervisor." A man came on and I could hardly understand him either and told him so. He told me that I owed money that I did not pay back and now I am being arrested at 2:00PM today and so were my Mother and my Daughter and he had their names and my address.  He said he would be calling my supervisor as well. I tried to ask him some questions, and he said "do not interupt me while I am reading this affidavit."  I couldn't understand any of it.  I asked him who he was representing. I don't know what his answer was. I asked for his name.  He said Attorney Kevin Foster. He didn't sound like a "Kevin" to me.  I asked for his phone number. He gave me 323-207-7414. A***n I tried to get some information from him and he told me to shut up.  He said quit asking ****** questions. He told me that several times.  He ended up ****ing up on me because I was still asking him who he was. Like others, he told me I was going to be arrested and taken to court today.He said I owed over $5,000. I also had a message on my ma****e at home from a woman who went on and on, a***n most of it not understandable, and at the end she wished me good luck. i called them back and they don't accept incoming calls. i don't know what this is all about

It's some mortgage co calling to get you to refi.  Just call back and asked to be removed from the calling list.
