A guy named Dan called from an unknown number said would a name of a family member that no longer goes by that name because legally c****ed would serve at job which that family member does not have a job obvious scam.

He had papers to serve me at my place of employment

Says that I’m going to be served with papers. I have zero legal issues. A complete scam!!

The caller left a message saying his name was Dan. He had a fax on his desk and would serve papers to my place of employment if I didn't return his call. I have no legal issues, this is bs

The caller threatened me with a lawsuit for failing to appear in court. I never received any information requiring me to be in court. Said if I didn't call 323-208-9568 within 2 hours they would press charges.
