Smart Grandma Fraud Alert !!!! This is a fake call saying they are from the IRS and have filed a law suite a***nst you. The IRS on notifies you of such things by certified mail. Never by phone, e-mail, or cell. So do not answer this call, they will leave a message if you don't, to call them back. But call phone company instead and report this to the phone company fraud division, if you get a call from them.

I received a call today from several different numbers (one of them restricted) and they gave that as the call back number. I didn't call back but I know what he's going to tell me because I've been down this road before. He'll say that you owe money and that there's a court case pending a***nst you. If you ask them for proof of this debt...usually they'll leave you alone. They are usually quite rude and will keep calling until you call them back.

This lady calls all nights, supposedly from a College and she wants to talk to my husband, she doesn't even know if I have a husband or not.  I have asked her to stop calling.  If I call the nunmber (323)284-2378, it immediately goes to a voicemail and says it is full.
