Caller claimed to be a davis and davis****ociate to help meditate a supposedly lein that is not true

Threatened to put a lien on my house and take my car, she was from Davis &****ociates. All of this over a CC I have no idea of. Of course they offered to settle for much less. They are clever so BEWARE

Scammer called me saying I owed money on a credit card I've never had. She said she was with Davis and****ociates the first time, then Davis L.S. the second time. She's been reported to the CFPB and FBI.

Caller stated that I had a civil suit a***nst me and needed to pay said amount in order to settle without further litigation.. I refused until further investigation Case was supposed to be from 2013

The female stated that there was a legal service trying to serve me a judgement.

She was saying I have a civil suit going on and it is in the mediation process. I can pay now to settle it. For Wachovia bank account in 2011-2013. Wells Fargo bought Wachovia Bank in 2008. I called Wells Fargo and they say I never had an account. She is convincing. She has emailed me*****o sign to sign and pay. I have not received any do***ents to prove anything.
