i do not have any accounts with them . they are calling me at 2am.

Keep receiving calls from this number and ***ody ever answers. Music plays and they call everyday at least once or twice.

They have the rudest customer service, they tell you so****ing and do so****ing else. I have a loan with them and my payments are on time for them to be so rude!

Calling at all hours in the evening,...really late! no one says anything.

Received a phone call and missed it so i called back and it was Westlake Financial for my car loan. they asked me if i received my december statement i enformed yes, then they asked if isent off the pymt meanwhile its only dec 1st my pymt is due Dec 5th call me when im late not when i still have 4days to pay it

i don't know why westlake calls me after 7 pm but once a month someone dials my number. The caller doesn't says anything or some times there will be music playing in the background from a radio

This is from Westlake Financial Services, a company that specializes in ***le loans for vehicles and totally ripping people off. If they're calling you, it's probably because you missed your payment and now they want to hound you and threaten to repo the car.

Asked for our human resource department.We said we are too small to have one. They said, "before long, you won't have ANY employees left."
