The caller claimed that I was going to be taken into custody for some unknown reason - apparently a harassment call.

Calls has my name says "it is important to call their office immediately" and gives some reference number, but no name or company name.

Judy Mark Johnson may or may not be an attorney but what he is doing is completely illegal - he is claiming to represent cash payday loan type companies and threatening people who are delinquent in payments with legal action - do NOT send him money - we have reported him to the police and to the credit card company - hopefully my daughter will get her money back so that we can give it to the company we thought we were paying.

They called and said they are going to sue me and my employer for fraud

These people are scammers. They called trying to ask me to confirm my SS#, then asked me for my lawyers name. I asked them why they were calling me and asking these questions? They stated that they were sueing me for fraud. I had never heard of them nor whom they stated they were calling for.

I beeen recei ve in text for approve loans 900.00,than they want me to send a personal information and my bank account...HELLO I dont think so

Received text at 8:03am 11/17/10 about a PayDay loan. Will look into reporting more later today.
