david2 I had this call twice the first time did not reach me and went to voice mail, when I returned the call it went to a mailbox number 79 something (3 digits). I hung upThe second time a female voice on the other line claimed to be Jaqueline Garcia, Social worker, and then asked for my name.I questioned why was she calling if she did not know me, she said excuse me? I repeated my question, she said excuse me? again, then hung up(all this in Spanish)
