I received a threatening call from this number.  He said his name was Tony jackson. They said I owed a company and needed to settle with them outside of court.  They asked me to fax them a letter stating I would settle....I refused them and told them I had spoken with the FBI and that I knew it was a scam.  When I asked for an address, they gave me the FBI address...SCAM

I have gotten no less than 6 calls from these people, they keep trying to get the last 4 of my SSN, it seems that's all they want. When I refuse to provide it, they are threatening, say they are from American Law Division and a complaint has been filed a***nst me in the LA Superior Court.  The person calling is named Joe Andrews and Supervisor named Mark, both have very heavy accents.  When I told them not to call me a***n they ***g up on me.  They called a***n this morning and I told them I had filed a complaint and to not call me a***n.  I don't know if it will work.  I found more information here  http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-323-515-2948Also, you can file a complaint at www.IC3.gov.  Don't listen to these people, they are a total fraud and scam artists!

I received over 15 calls from them today and they left me two voice mails threatening me on money I ow for a cash advance.  The phone I have been getting calls from was a 407 area code.  I have reported this to my local police department but they said they cannot do anything unless they do so****ing on my accounts.  The detective gave them a call back from my and let them know this was a harrassing call and they just **** up.  This is getting so crazy I am ready to c****e my phone number.  They are even calling my work and it is threatening my job.

This person sounds like a foreign and he says that I my name and social security number has been put on a list for committing serious fraud and I need to resolve this case out of court by calling this number 323 515 2948 and if I don't call there will be no one to save me and a bunch of other threatening comments, they have been calling me for months.  If I was really under investigation then the police would have been arrested me a long time ago, because they have my work and home address, so i figured it was a scam.  Also when they called my work phone it came up as a Michigan Call and was a 313 number, but their call back number was a 323 number.
