This number is a scammer trying to rent homes and get application fees and personal info for homes that other people are renting and owner is not aware. We went to tge property and spoke with current tenants and they are not moving. SMDH. This person is using a website called renters real and an email at [email protected]. SMDH !! I'm also expecting another email linked to another property and phone number may be from same scam artist. Some of th÷ way things were texted in response to my messages are exactly the same as this scammer. It's obvious its same person operating multiple phone numbers and emails trying to scam people for the fee for rental applications for 50.00. But this one also mentioned me paying the deposit as well via payment through an Amazon card or zelle...both spoke of Amazon card and google pay... Putting my money on a card and scrat****g it off and taking a pic of the card number on back and sending them a pic of the number to allow them access to the money. Email****ociated with this one is [email protected] and phone he used is 5712617915. He was trying to rent me a house at 3610 Peach street , Hattiesburg MS 39401. The other scammer was using the email renters [email protected] and phone number 3236288858 and was trying to rent me a house at 309. South 30th avenue, Hattiesburg MS 39401. We went physically to both homes and occupants were inside both homes. The peach street home occupants refused to answer the door but we're seen by my Mama inside. The occupants of the 309 S. 30th ave home answered the door for my Mama and told her they were not moving and did not know anything about the person trying to rent the home out and would alert the property owner as well. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!!!??????!!! EMAILS BEGAN ON 4/27/2021... I missed an actual phone call from the peach street guy last night. The other number refused to answer calls. We suspect perhaps also a home at 90 Cameron Road in Hattiesburg MS is also being used also to scam people. No answer at all but yet a***n with numbers from way off and linked to same web site.

This number was solicited to me by a woman who calls herself Kerri. She claims to be an ****** working San Fernando /Los Angeles area. She came to my room Wed Nov 24 2020 and robbed me of 500 dollars cash which she handed to an accompliss Who was lying in wait outside my door. I have their vehicle plate number reported to DMV. She advertises on Bedpage website under # 323 628 8013. Be ware ! She is a scam !

This is a scammer who goes by Michael Andrew Hurley who is a real person. He has scammed money out of me and other women.
