they said to call to avoid being arrested...It's a scam.

I received a call from this number and an automated voicemail stating so****ing about "Tax fraud" and that "ignoring this would be an intentional attempt to avoid an appearance before the magistrate judge, so before you get arrested call us back..." It's an LA number and I haven't been to California in years.
