One thing that was weird about this guy's call !!!!!He called MY friends newly issued cellphone number and asked them if they knew where I was.I mean how does he connect those 2 dots I ask you?????I will tell you how !!!!!The cellphone co's are now tracking and selling your call & text records TO BILL COLLECTORSBecauseWhen I called his number I found that:His Name is Joseph and he is with a collection agency from Texas who is collecting unpaid school  loans that are owed to the Us Dept of Education.I called him and negotiated my $23,900 down to $8900 in 5 minutes.This quote was good for 90 days.I will call back in 30 and get it cheaper I hopeThis means that he bought cellphone records that led him to my friends newly issued cellphone number who he initially called.

Got a call from Joseph too acting like he knew.  Said wasn't a creditor.  I am area code 425.

i got a call from joseph at my work today. he left a message with my boss as though he knew me. and asked me to leave a number on his ma****e where i could be reached. i have a 443 area code

I got a call from this number from a "Joseph Zuniga". He left me a personal sounding message referring to himself only as Joseph, and telling me he'd be around for a few hours. Shorty after I received this message I got an email from an old co-worker saying that a "Joseph Zuniga" had called the office looking for me; he pretended he knew me and demonstrated knowing some ***ue details about my past. I definitely DON'T know him. Will try to get to the bottom, sounds like it's some sort of scam. Very odd.
