This  guy called my cell phone and identified himself as Benny Devilla, but would not tell me where he was calling from or the nature of his call. He said he was looking for my daughter. My daughter said she doesn't know anyone by that name.

This number has been calling my phone for the last 3 days.  They never leave a message.  Today, they called my grandmother's phone, asking for me by name and asking her if I c****ed my number.  She refused to give him information.  He said his name was Benny.  I find it very strange that this person would have my grandmother's number, unless they are possibly some kind of collection company.  And that is possible, because I do have an account in collections. It just seems very eerie, and it bothers me that they never leave a message.  I do not answer phone calls with weird area codes, so until they leave me a message, they will never hear from me.

There is a National Federal Registry called "Do Not Call"; the website is:  http://www.donotcall.govYou can register all your phone numbers, home, work, cell, business, etc. online with this registry and in 30 days you can report offenders such as325-224-3951Based on your postings, I'm already 30 days in so I can report him but it really does help.Have a great New Year 2010!

several harrasssing calls aboout inof on my son. I will not give out info to someone who will not identify the company nor tell me the reasons for the continuing calls.

325-224-3951.  I also got a phone call from this number asking for someone I didn't know.  Someone must have used my phone number as a reference when filling out loan stuff, and now there calling me for that person.

This is one of the 800 numbers that were blocked with a trap on my phone. They call every day. They do not say who they are?

This number appeared 325-224-3951 on my land line.  Said his name was Benny and had no clue what my name was.  He asked if I knew someone by the name of Karen ?.  When I said "no" he said I might know her as Karen Wilson or another last name.  When I said "no", the line went dead!!

Someone named Benny called my parents in another state said he was a friend and had been looking for me for awhile. I know no one named Benny. Caller ID showed the number as being from account control.

Caller left no real message except for call back number and name of Benny Davilar.

This guy called my job LIED to my boss who had answered the phone , first of all I am not allowed personal calls at my job they can not call your job. Then he called some lady related to my husband, he needs to go away.

did not leave any info only his name benny and to call him, he called my work asked for me by my name..I do not know any benny i do not know anyone in texas and when i did a check it is a landline and it is in angelo texas. when you call he asks you to leave your name and contact info. No one I do not know knows where I work, after applying to get an apt not even doing any forms only giving my name and where I work I suddenly get this pohone call, it is a solicitor, a collector or telemarketor according to the web,,,,,either way it is illegal to call a person at work.

this ******* called me called himself Benny.........called my work and asked for me and asked for me to call him, which is illegal....you call the number he says benny clearly but says the last name blurbed...and asks you to leave your name and number, it is a phone soliciter or collector.. the phone is a land line out of antonio Texas the provider is verizon.....I never give my info out ever,  suddenly I get calls, it seems they sold  my name and the company I told her I worked for. Never give out info.....any until you know for sure who you are dealing with. I am usually so careful having been harassed in the past lesson learned and passing info on....

caller looking for somebody who doesnt live here called my cell phone and called back on my land line a***n.

I've been receiving calls from "Vinny" asking me to call him as if he's a friend.

A very rude caller asked for me by name, but would not leave a message. When called this number back, the call went straight to his extension. He claims to be "Benny" and says he needs my help to get in contact with "Mark Romero" whom he claims works for A&W Financial. I don't know a Benny or Mark Romero (could this be "the" Mark Romero?) or an A&W Financial. I suspect this is some type of scam.
