He somehow got my sisters unlisted cell phone number and asked for me. Weird thing is she doesn't have the same last name as me nor have I ever lived with her and I have also never used her or her number as a contact anywhere. He also was very sketchy when she asked questions and abrubtly ***g up. Very Strange.

Same guy called me on my cell phone looking for my brother.  I found out he lives in San Angleo, Texas.  He wouldn't give me any info on himself except for the fact that his name is Carl.  I also tried asking him questions with little cooperation.

Called my cell phone???  Looking for my son, who does not live with us any longer. he said his name was Carl Spencer and he was from DCS, but would not tell me anything else. Who is he? Does DCS=Debt Collection Services? He acted confused and very put out when I asked him not to call me or my house anymore.
