This is a scam!!! Tele #325-942-7811 business name Account Control. Name****ociated with this company & tele # is Blake in Texas.

This ACCOUNT CONTROL calls all the time (multiple times) during the day. All from different phone numbers each time. They do not leave a message. Do not know the business or given authorization to call. This is harassment!

lbm4lyf called saying I owed money for my student loans. However, MY STUDENT LOANS ARE PAID!!! Haha, In reality, the school will send then as creditors to collect an old debt. But it makes no since for them to call when they are already paid. The only astrisk they have is this: check to see if you loan was federal or private. If you have any disputes, s**** there and wind them up. They are rude, the rep I spoke to, not only wasn't listening to me, but talking to someone else in the office, about matters unrelated. I can't say for everyone, but for me-I call scam artists without a clue.

Kaitlynne Received a call from this number, didn't leave message. I have been getting calls from several numbers from the 325 area code. These people are bill collectors who collect from the student loans that you get from the government. Since the federal government doesn't do loans directly anymore they sold it to a third party or second party organization which handles them. This company (can't remember the name) gave the info to a third party collector and these are the people who handle the collection efforts for those who default on their student loans. The strange thing is that they want to collect collection fees in addition to the amount of the student loan. My collection fee was close to $8,000.

Jasmine Brake Received a phone call on home phone @ 8:21 a.m. on 12.22.10, caller ID read Account Control.  I did not pick up the phone in time.  They immediately called my cell phone.  The lady was inquring about my husbands ex wife, whom he has been divorced from for about 10 + years.  She pretended as if she was a long lost friend of the Ex's and tried to pull information out of me as she was REALLY looking to collect on the EX's debt.   I have cooperated with her creditors and have told them time and time a***n of her whereabouts and gave them phone numbers and addresses.  Yet they insist on calling here.  The reason I suppose is that they keep you as a contact info person in hopes to find out yet even more info on them.  Well it annoys me that I have to drop what I am doing to answer the phone and it is about her debt.  They should not be calling me.  Let alone my cell phone.  It uses MY minutes up to talk to these ppl.  And they want to play me as if I am dumb and do not know that they are pretending to be along lost friend.  TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST!!!!   GET OFF YOUR A**ES AND LOOK FOR HER SHE IS NOT THAT HARD TO FIND.  I GAVE YOU ALL THE INFO THAT I HAVE..  I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HER DEBT SO STOP PHONING MY HOME.

This number belongs to a scavenger debt collection company named ACP and when I answered the woman said her name was ***ia Dominguez(?) I called the number back and it went straight to her.

number is calling my mother in law's private phone number without identifying any more than first name, Julio.

MO Business Owner We are now s****ing to receive a call from this number daily as well.  Our caller ID lists this number as "Account Control".  Sounds like a bill collector.  When they call our number and we answer it, the caller simply ****s up.  Sounds strange.

Cable Guy Called looking for an****ociate of mine. ***y voice trying to probe for information got very agitated when I kept putting her off and asking questions. Said her name was Shannon and was trying to get in touch with him to reconnect. I got her to **** up by asking what kind of ******s she was wearing.

LJDTROY said they were looking for a  john davis?  ***ody lives here by that name.......and don't know who they are...they didn't say who they are are what they wanted.

BILLIAM Jason with "ACT" calling for some guy named "Eric," sketchy on the details.  This is a business he called, with 50 people in the waiting room.
