Asking for the Owner of the business first name only

?? No number showed up on my caller id.  However, the message that was left by some woman with a very thick French accent said to call 330-375-0950 in order to pay $140 as a charge for an office visit that "Vanessa" missed.  She rattled off the number and name of doctor office so fast that it was expected that no one would get the correct doc office.  She repeated the number 330-375-0950 twice, so, it's a definite on the # but not the fake doc office name.A few minutes later, when I called back (from a phone that doesn't accept incoming calls), the answering ma****e message advised the # had been disconnected.****** scam artists....

I wasn't home when my husband took a call from this phone number.  The guy said in a gruff voice, "Is .... available?  No?  I'll call back.  Thank you, buddy."  My husband asked who I knew that would call and talk like this.  I had no idea so I found the number by dialing *69.   It was probably a someone looking for a donation.
