Same as all of the above.I did answer it and the caller stated that he was soliciting funds for State Troopers "Bear" fund. He stated these Bears are given to kids when they are going through some traumatic experience. His sales pitch s****ed out at 75 dollars then 50 then 25 finally he wanted a minimum gift of $7.50I do not know if this is a scam or not.
