Supposedly this is the number for Paul Carter, a car salesman in Akron Ohio. I bought a car from him. It does not work. It left my daughter and three boys on the side of the road. The youngest is handicapped and terminally ill. I cannot find anything about this person having a car dealership. He scammed me terribly and refuses to give back the money. Sarah
