sent me a random text about things i had posted to my personal social media. never ID themself. felt very personal and out of nowhere.
This is the police greetings you will fined for not paying your bills for the electricity, you will need to 250 dollars in less then 22 days
My PI friend said this is probably a scam operation coming out of Russia or Nigeria and to be very careful with any further calls or text from this number.
They first hit me up on gmail then to ****outs said that they lived on WA but when I questioned why their number showed up in IL they then said that they are in a totally different state. They are on some ********
