They will initially try to send it to you via text. If you ask to see the place before filling out an application, they say viewing is by appointment only for approved applicants. They also state that your app fee is refundable, and cannot provide a verifiable avenue to ensure that that is accurate and be held accountable. Do not engage, do not give any info.
