I called the number back and got a recording that said “All lines are currently busy. If you received a voice mail please call the number in the voice mail.” No additional info given.

This phone number is being used as phishing for Comcast customers. They claim to have renewed a Norton contract at a cost of $299, and if you want to cancel and obtain a refund, you call them at this number. This contact and phone number originate in Alabama, but the email states a California address. Comcast abuse has been notified.
