This is Moses Cone Patient Accounts in Greensboro, North Carolina. I got the a recording saying to please hold they would be with me in a moment, but when I called the number back I was able to speak to a person about the hospital bill I had.

I have gotten over 2 dozen calls from this number over the past couple of weeks. No messages. Wish I had the computer program the previous commenter mentioned!!

I've recieved 7 calls from this numer and when I answer I get the recording " Just a monent I'll be right with you". I've waited more than 5 minutes waiting for person to come on line . Now it is war. I will put thier number in my recall computer program and they shall be called every 2 minutes 24 hours a day.
