Anonymous Someone keeps calling from this number breathing hard

This is the second time this number is called my phone stating that I owe them Amazon bill of $729 I don't know who this person is but I would like to report them to any authority who may read this message and find out why they're calling I do not owe Amazon anything I have never purchased anything from the company and never plan on ever purchasing anything I just wanted to be known I owe them nothing
