Jack Ruffin, Steve Ruffin, John Ruffin etc. John Ruffin. Also known as 5 other names of Ruffin. Calls 5-6 times a day, even late at night around 11:30 PM CST saying you won a million dollars and needs money to release your funds from the bank! SCAMMER !!!

They have called every day for the past three, twice today. My iPhone marks it as a SPAM risk on the caller ID.

I didn't answer phone, but this number has called me 4 times within the past week & left no voice message. After resear****g, although the caller ID says Ruffin, NC, reports shows it's really from Burlington, NC. So obviously a scammer of some type.

Dk Seeking life coa****g by text but it is a credit card scam. Will not use the phone to speak in person.

This # 336-396-6247 keeps calling, called back immediately 3 times and No answer. They never leave message!! Arrest these people
