Could not tell by the voice if it was a real person or a robo call. Caller did not ask for my name or any other information but just blurted out that the call concerned a possible unauthorized purchase from Amazon in an amount of over $700.00 and that I needed to press a number to be connected to an agent to verify this purchase. Before I could respond in any way, they ***g up. I had no intentions of pressing any numbers to begin with and I am glad that I did not follow their instructions.
