Asked it I was jeanne and before I thought I said "yes"...They immediately ***g up. I usually say, How may I help you...They caught me in the middle of transitioning from a serious conversation and I was distracted. I am hoping the "yes" wasn't recorded for nefarious purposes. How do I monitor this for checking on any problems with my money, etc?
