This is a scammer from OkCupid dating site. He claims to be on a secret classified mission here in the Berkeley California area. He’s a supposed military officer with the Marines living in the United States but cannot meet in person because of the classified nature of his work. LOL it’s the oldest Scam on these dating sites.
