Scam wanting you to contact website to obtain a insurance refund and do it immediately to avoid fees!

Is this real?? I got a text that a refund payment of $680 is due to me on my ins. policy. Suppose to click link to claim refund?? Scared to click the link, but sure can use the $?

I keep receiving emails from this number concerning unclaimed money. I do not feel this is a legit email.
