SHE IS IN SCHOOL IN ALABAMA. CLAIMS TO BE ONE OF JEHOVAH'S WHITNESSES. HIS PHONE # IS CONNECTED TO A CHARIEZMA HIS ADDRESS IS 1473 CAPITAL AVE BURLINGTON TOWN NJ. I DON'T TRUST HIM, I HAD THE ELDERS IN THE KH TO CHECK HIM OUT AND HE IS UNKNOWN .

Vhope Me too. I had taken out a cash advance loan, paid them back. This person "Ricky Smith" called me and MY JOB. Hard to understand, said he was from US Justice Dept. said he was from the government agency. Same set up, I'm being sued for fraudulent activity, but they will accept payment to avoid going to court. I was so scared, my hands were shaking, then I realized I didn't owe anyone any money. I then called the local US Dept. of Justice (the correct name) and told them, they confirmed it's a scam and to call them back and tell them I've filed a complaint a***nst them and they are following through. I called Ricky back and he said, oh well then we will pursue it. I said okay and don't call me any more. Scared the **** out of me. I hate these people. I don't know how to remove my job number from the data base. Kinda concerned about that.
