Automated sales call for Hong Kong Tailor.

I s**** out getting calls from a phone number with all zeros and then they left a number to call 347-416-5035.  I would like to know if this is a legitimate call.  It's hard to understand what this person is saying

I get numerous calls from different numbers but this is the number they want me to call back. they say they are from ACS and that theres a lawsuit pending in my name/soc #. Its a total scam. It's always someone with a very thick accent, but uses a different name each time.

they have called me to both at work we tell them i no longer work there. then they will call my cell phone when they call they always have a different phone number but same company always a different persons  name i have kept all of there messages in my cell phone never delete them that way you have proof if there are any charges filed a***nst them big laugh there. Of course you cant understand half of what they ay anyway because none of them speak english properly. They are just trying to scare you i was told if you ignore them they will finally catch a clue a leave you alone

I got a call this mornning from this number. I am at work so it went to voice mail. The message was to call back within 24 hours otherwise they will give my file to the local police and I can be arrested?? I don't have any crime out there-why will I be arrested?I have not called back but when I googled this number-I found out out that this is somewhat a scam out there. I am not going to call them..........

I have received several phone calls from different people all with heavy accents. I have since reported them to corporate security at my job, they notified me that it was a scam. I would like to know if anyone has been able to block them from calling. I am very annoyed by this and no matter what I say to them they do not stop calling. I have known that this was a scam for awhile now and no one seems to have an answer as to how I can stop them from calling me without c****ing my cellphone number.
