Same experience here. Someone named "John Smith" left me a message on my cellphone today. I could barely understand him, very bad and heavy English. Could not understand the name of the company he said he is with. Told me that a report was filed a***nst me and I have to get back with him as soon as possible or they will have my bank account closed and file a lawsuit a***nst me. He stated my full name. Applied for a couple of pay day loans one month ago and I think one of these was a fake and where they got all my info from. it's dangerous and risky and lesson learned. WIll definitely watch my bank account and credit card accounts. Who knows what they are capable of. The bad thing is that you cannot do anything a***nst them!

got a call to call that the goverment is after my 89 year old mom when I call back # is dead and nothing

these people keep calling me saying there has been a charge put a***nst my ss #.  There nuts and scammers.  Be careful.

do what i did notifiy your bank, set a credit alert and the FCC - then s**** calling him like every 15 minutes and harshing him- too much fun- and this not the first time - got one like a month ago

I have been getting these calls off and on for months now. They will call several times a day, leave messages and everything saying I have a law suite a***nst my home address, name and social security number. I finally talked to them today and told them they are trying to scam me, I am not ******, I would get so****ing in the mail or so****ing handed to me in person and I am calling the police and reporting this to them and the guy said that's not how we do this, and tried to argue with me and I ***g up on him.

i have received about 50 + phone calls from this number today harassing the people in my office verbally and ***ually

He just called me and said I was being investigated for credit loan fraud. He left me a message on my cell phone. When I tried to return the call and have an intelligent conversation, no one answered the phone. Thinking I may be the victim of identify theft I wanted to speak to this investigating agent. After this # not answering, I checked it out on the web and see it is perhaps a cell phone. I sent several text messages that seemed to go through. THIS IS A SCAMMER. I TEXTED HIM THAT HE PICKED ON THE WRONG LADY. I USED TO WORK FOR A LAWYER AND KNOW HOW TO CHECK THINGS OUT THAT SEEM ODD.

Just got a call from this # tell me they want 12,000 or they taking me to court can really understand his english so I told him I'll see him in court.  He s****ed saying don't call this number anymore.  He said his name was Michael but first somebody name Kevin Johnson  called so Im calling the Atty General and report everyone should do the same.  Have a good day.

tis person has called me and will not stop has even told my child to f*** her self and she asked him to stop calling her mother and they say that they are a cop and that they hop e i got someone to take care of my kids when i go to Jail who does this guy think he is i would love to know who they r and i will be calling a layer and doing so****ing about this guy..

Yea I just talked to a guy and when I told him I dont see anything on my acct he ***g up on me.

This number is constantly harassing me. A man that I can barely understand states that he knows my social security number and that I owe money

Got a harrassing call from 347-433-8916 when I inquired where the location of the office the gentleman stated you are not my boss.He has a very haevy accent and constantly is leaving messaged at work and on my personal phone.

Officer A. Johnson, from a Legal Department, stating there is a problem with my social security number.

I received a call just like this earlier today; a foreign speaking guy that I could hardly understand what he was talking about.  He mention my full name, address and the last 4 number of social security number.  He said if I didnt call that it would be bad and so****ing would be file on my behalf. I called the number back and got nothing but a recording.

I got a message on my work phone from some "cop" who needed me to call before he turned in official charges when I called back talked to a guy same accent same voice different name He told me I had 5 charges like fraud and what not but if I paid 210 they would settle and make all charges go away however he got very frustrated when I s****ed asking for the company name address supervisor any paperwork and what not meanwhile a coworker who overheard this convo asked to speak and told this man he had a law degree and he had to provide the information I was asking for the caller went arguing....not very professional for a "lawyer" who is suppose to be representing his client
