Jesse Same experience here. Someone named "John Smith" left me a message on my cellphone today. I could barely understand him, very bad and heavy English. Could not understand the name of the company he said he is with. Told me that a report was filed a***nst me and I have to get back with him as soon as possible or they will have my bank account closed and file a lawsuit a***nst me. He stated my full name. Applied for a couple of pay day loans one month ago and I think one of these was a fake and where they got all my info from. it's dangerous and risky and lesson learned. WIll definitely watch my bank account and credit card accounts. Who knows what they are capable of. The bad thing is that you cannot do anything a***nst them!

Three calls just today, all claiming to be officers. They had the right social security number (last 4 digits). They threatened legal action if not contacted. It began 2 weeks ago with several calls a day. The last time I told him to contact my lawyer and when he asked for a number and a name, I gave him the info for our local County Attorney. I'm hoping I've heard the last of him.

I KEEP GETTING PHONE CALLS ON MY JOB FROM THIS NUMBER 347-433-5933. THE LADY SAID THAT SHE IS OFFICER ALICIA WILLIAMS WITH IN ASIAN ACCENT. SHE SAID I NEED TO PAY 652.00 FOR THE SAME REASONS OTHER PEOPLE HAVE LISTED. SHE COULD NOT PROVIDE ME DO***ENTATION OF ANYTHING UNTIL I FAX AN AUTHRIZATION TO HER. KEPT ASKING HER FOR THE FAX NUMBER I GUESS SHE WANTED ME TO VERBALLY GIVE AUTHORIZATION AND THEN PROVIDE A FAX NUMBER. I ASKED IF I CAN SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR SOME THAT SPEAKS ENGLISH. THEY PUT ANOTHER PERSON ONTHE PHONE THAT SOUNDS JUST LIKE THE LADY THAT GOT OFF THE PHONE. I REALLY WISH THEY WOULD PLEASE STOP, IF THIS IS A SCAM. PLEASE HELP

I received a call this afternoon from this number 347-433-5***and the scammers name is Alex Palmer.He said my son is involved of some kind of legal activities.And he said my son put me as a reference. Call him righ away if I don't want to get in trouble. My son received the same phone call couple days before I received this call.This # 1-253-209-0379 four times in two days.These people are crazy and don't have a life.
