first 2 calls from 347-578-9284, third day same woman's voice and same message came from 515-528-7928. she said she was calling from the process & summons div to notify me there would be 2 charges filed against me in my county for fraudulent activity attached to my name & social security number. if I didn't contact the legal dept before the papers are served or my legal rights will be forfeited. the fourth day the message came from 515-528-7928 this time the message changed and was a man's voice saying he was retained to serve me papers to appear in court. to settle out of court I had to call back before the papers were served. his last sentence was "you have officially been notified". TOTAL SCAM
