This number belongs to a narcotics sting operation in New York City, for sure in Brooklyn and Manhattan. They go to all club parties, warehouse, festies like EZoo, and gouvernors island.

Tommy first 2 calls from 347-578-9284, third day same woman's voice and same message came from 515-528-7928. she said she was calling from the process & summons div to notify me there would be 2 charges filed a***nst me in my county for fraudulent activity attached to my name & social security number. if I didn't contact the legal dept before the papers are served or my legal rights will be forfeited. the fourth day the message came from 515-528-7928 this time the message c****ed and was a man's voice saying he was retained to serve me papers to appear in court. to settle out of court I had to call back before the papers were served. his last sentence was "you have officially been notified". TOTAL SCAM

THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING MY SISTER AND HER FIANCE CALLED THE NUMBER BACK FROM HIS WORK NUMBER AND NOW HE HAS BEEN CALLING HIS WORK NUMBER TELLING THEM THAT HE OWES THEM MONEY NOW TOO, WHEN WE ASKED THEM TO FAX US DO***ENTS OF WHAT WE OWE MONEY TOO THEY SAY THEY CAN NOT DO THAT BUT WHEN WE SAID WE REPORTED IT TO THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU THEY ***G UP ON HIM.
