The first message I received on phone was from an older gentleman trying to get payment on a $105 check. Now this.It's taken about 30 minutes of my airtime to figure these things out. the phone number is 913-406-7009. Wondering if I should have net10 reassign my new number. I got the phone only for emergencies to help with very ill older family member.

I am behind on payments for a credit card. I set up a payment plan with IC System after not being able to take the 6-7 calls daily. I was not working at the time and told them this. This pressured me into setting up the payment plan, otherwise, according to them, I would face so****ing similar to bankruptcy on my credit. Now, most agencies try once or twice to take out money from your account. IC Systems tried 3 times in a week. Each time resulting in close to $50 in fees from my bank. Then they have the nerve to call me and harass me at work. It was a guy I spoke to, he seemed like he was in his early to mid 30's. I didn't get his name, because he refused to give it to me, even after I asked 4-5 times. I told him why I defaulted on the payments and what my current financial situation was. He s****ed laughing at me. He mocked me without any hesitation. I told him that I got laid off from work since the company I worked for went out of business. He said I was pathetic and pitiful. Then he s****ed insulting my family when I told him that I had to stay with them for a while due to my financial situation. The way he was acting, this could have been a prank call. I wanted to retaliate verbally so bad, but held my tongue, knowing it would have gotten me nowhere. And it is also scary that these ppl have your information. So****ing has to be done about this, this is no way to collect money. People must understand that just because someone has defaulted on payments, does not make them a terrible person. Life ****s sometimes, and if you are laid off, it is not your fault. Too bad the low life at IC System cannot comprehend that. If this is what Capital One and Washington Mutual call a legit financial company, I will never deal with either of them a***n. Also, I really hope so****ing is done about IC System. Their way of dealing with people is almost childish. And for the SOB that I spoke with who refused to give up his name, Karma ****s. Your day will come.
They call my house phone 6 times a day! It is getting very irritating. I checked online & I have seen many many complaints about this number & so****ing should be done about it!
I've received 2 calls from them today, and we don't owe Washington Mutual, Wachovia any money at all, and we're current on Capital One. I smell a scam.

Kept getting lots of calls from this number, even on Sundays. They never left a message.
I am $150.00 past due on a bill, I have tried to pay, but the way things are going now a days, it is hard to just keep the lights on. I had to c****e home phone #s too. But i now **** a whistle in their ear after they call me more than once a day.
IC Systems is a member of ACA. http://www.ACAINTERNATIONAL.ORG you can go to their website and log a complaint. I don't know how far it would go since they are a collection company organization. IS Systems also calls fro 510-924-1676 (New York) and 813-464-2479 (Tampa) so if you get calls from there that is who it prob is. I have never received anything in the mail from them just calls. I would imagine if they have a phone number for me then they should have an address as well. When I called them back they could find nothing in their system under my name and s****ed asking other questions that I didn't feel obligated to answer.
Pay y'all bills and we will stop calling.
Have had 19 calls in past 2 weeks. They left a v-mail that was 34 seconds beginning with silence then slowly bringing their phone closer to a radio until my ear was being overloaded. Very funny - NOT! I think I am about $180 past due - like it's gonna affect a bank. They make huge dollars on late fees, etc. Not a very ethical way to do business.
it is ic systems a collections agency for washington mutual that is abusive with the amount of calls they make i returned from the military and have been unemployed and fell behind on 2 credit cards they call at least 5 times a day on a 1000 dollar debt 7 days a week including holidays regardless of weather i answer or not what is wierd is the other card at about 5000 only calls once every 8 to 10 days they also will get very abusive with their questions and comments while speaking with them if they dont like your answers they even attacked my military service what a great thing for a vet having financial ussues after everything else

I have gotten 2 calls from this number so far. The first one early on Sunday morning. The caller ID says IC System. The caller asked for my step-daughter by name and acted as though she would know who he was. He identified himself as Chris from IC System. Then nothing total silence untill he ***g up. The second call the caller just said*****o and then silence. So strange.
