these people are telling me husband owes for some loan we never took out. They would settle for five ***derd bucks instead of 5000.00 dollars. When I told them we weren't paying that amount, they said they were taking him to court and make him lose his job. These idiots need to be put in jail.

These people have been calling a coworker of mine for months claiming that "i'm in serious trouble" but the weird thing is that they have never attempted to call ME directly.

I also have been getting a call from this number. They are calling from 052-497-347. It is an Indian guy claiming he is from a law firm but cannot give me the name of the law firm. They also said they are working for Cash USA. I have never taken a loan from a company like that, but I HAVE looked for a payday loan and put my info out there. I think this company picks up your info if you apply for a payday loan and then tries to scam you. I got his supervisor eventually and he gave me a wrong number to call to talk directly to "Cash USA". They s****ed calling me back two weeks later and today the guy called 22 times! I finally answered and demanded the phone number to that company a***n. He gave me to his supervisor who claimed he did not want to deal with me anymore and was processing my case through the courts and smearing my name all over the internet. I ***g up. They called back one final time to threaten me and then left my social security number over the voicemail! I was livid!!!!! I'm reporting them RIGHT NOW. They also call my mom and my boyfriend constantly.

So has any successfully gotten these people to stop calling? I also pretended I was going to pay in an attempt to get some information from them. They told m it was for a loan from a company called Cash Advance USA, which I have NEVER taken a loan from. My concern is that they keep calling my job, I need that to stop. Has anyone ever actually had "legal paperwork" arrive from these people, or actually had them make good on any of their treats?

Have been receiving these calls daily and from a foreign speaking person claming to be an attorney for some pay day loan, I told him he had the wrong person and he called me a liar.  What can be done about this ****.  If I hear from him a***n I am going to ask for his license # and report him to the bar****ociation.

They too have called me. When I called back they would not connect me to the man that called. Claim they are from ACS law division. Said I took out a loan throug Advance Cash USA which I never have. The man was very rude and continued to yell at me. Would not give me any info and then ***g up on me. Have contaacted my State Police and now the Attorny Generals Office in my state.

I received a call from (284) 601-4708 could not understand a word the foreign Indian guy said.  But, was able to get a number they left for me to call back (347) 590-4535.  I called the number someone answered the phone and I said, Yeah someone called me from this number and I couldn't understand what the***** they were saying".  The guy said hold on for one minute.  Another foreign IIndian guy comes on and says what number are you calling from?  I said that is irrelovent.  Who are you and what is the name of your business?  He said this is an attorneys office.  I said "Bull S**t"!  You are scammers and don't call me a***n.  I have reported you to the FBI.  And then I ***g up.  Who do these scammers think we are.  Don't they know this is America and we are much smarter then their scams.  Hello!!!!!

I also received that same call.  I acted as though I was going to pay them to get information.  They told me they work for richard Miller attorneys office out of New York and that we received a $500 pay day loan for Cash Advance USA.  They had my mothers name, our SS#'s and my bank name.  They said the only way to clear this up and avoid a lawsuit was to pay with electronic funds over the phone.  The message they left though also advised me if we do not return the phone call "may god have mercy on my soul".  I advised them I was contacting the FBI and they no longer call my number now they are calling my mom to get information.  This has been going on for about 5 months now.  I never got a loan from where ever they say and could barely understand them.

This group is not only rude but they barely speak English.They claim to be a  attorneys for a Federal Agency.They ask for my attorneys phone number if I wasnt going to pay them.I gave them the Attorney General of Illinois number

they called last nite with 347-590-4535,for my son,don't know where he is ,,he said he was taking me and my wife to court because my son used us as a ref  ,,

I have received several calls over the past two days from this number.  Woman with a heavy accent stating that her name was Jenny Johnson.

They told me they were going to take everthing I own and sue me for thousand of dollars

These peple are harrassing me. They call my ell phone, home phone and are calling me at work. Tell me that I am going to go to jail and the police are going to show up at my home/work. What can I do.?Also, calling my family members. I do not owe them money. Says he is an attorney

I received several calls from this number regarding a pay day loan.  Did not take out a loan and do not owe.  This people are a joke.

they called me, some a**hole indian **** dude. told me i was under investigation by a bank. he had my name and my secondary phone number i use for the internet. Its gotta be a scam because only legitimate contacts have my real number.

Received call 347-590-4535 on 8/19/2010 stating that I was going to be taken to court by US Bank, because I "applied" for a loan & never paid it back. They were wanting me to settle out of court. Never "applied for such a loan. The caller was of foreign descent, very hard to understand message left. Kept say " yes Miss Paula, that's right if you call us back we settle this out of court"! What court?

I've gotten several calls from this number, saying so****ing about 'allegations pressed a***nst me' and so****ing about them being in another country...heck they're not even calling the right number, saying they're trying to reach someone by the name of Richard.  I haven't answered any calls, hoping the idiot would get a clue and leave me alone... hopefully I'll be able to catch her the next call and get them to shut up.  Hopefully... Does anyone else who's been called by these people know of some way to reach them?  I tried calling back and couldn't leave a message at all.

some "lawyers office" who says I owe money to "Pay day advance" which I have NEVER taken a loan from. Very mean and will not give any info just wants a cc # over the phone. I requested they mail a letter and they wont. I dont believe them to be real.
