Sent a spam Text msg to my phone? blocked!!

Matty I repeatedly get calls for a "Walter" (not my name) from this number. I've told them at least a dozen times that I am not walter and to stop calling me. But they never tell me what its about. I do remember them saying so****ing about New York (which makes sense since the map here says 606 is the New York area) but they always have HUGE THICK accents. I can't tell from where. It doesn't sound like the typical Indian accent, but perhaps some sort of south east asian. (but his name is Jack Scot?!?! I don't think so)

called & did not leave voice mail then sent a series of abusive text messages when asked to id themselves

I received a message from Officer Michael Jones from the Anderson Law firm stating that I have been named in a law suit and he included my social security number in the message. When I called back, they refused to talk to me because I wouldn't confirm my SS#. I have done some research online and there are many people that have posted the same senario.
