I suspect this to be owned as part of a catfishing or a scheme designed to con me out of money. The “woman” claims that due to security of the military base where she works, she can only text, not use the phone for calls. And this is her second number. She switched from a previous number (377-***-6516) that also had no known person****ociated with it. She said there was a security breach, and the base seized everyone’s phone, forcing her to get a new number.
