Keeps calling nonstop very late at night and never leaves a message. When I picked up and not say anything, then HE would just say, "hello?" "hello?" and was definitely not a recognizable voice. However, it did stop him from calling a***n.

Doris Calls my son phone who is under 13 years old and threatens they are coming to the house to collect the money. Definitely a scam, who calls and tries to scare a kid telling them police is coming to get them.

Got a call from this number saying they were the IRS and they were going to sue me and for me to call them back. SCAM!

they called my number twice and pretend to be the IRS. They don't speak English well. And they try to scare you about you will be arrested. The person calling appears to have knowledge about how the IRS call center process calls. Call the IRS inmediately a find out.
