Melissa I got the same call with the same details as the person below . You don't get anything in the mail until you pay. Me and my bf both filled out a ballot at a show and we both got called for the same trip. It is such a scam. The guy who called me is Andrew Thomas . STAY AWAY!!! I searched the number on USA 411 and it came up " unpublished number"
