They were threatening to take me to court for a payday loan. They wanted me to pay $400 today or they would call my employer and garnish my check.

They are trying to collect a loan debt or I will go to jail and the will garnish my wages

They said they were Alpha Capital Law Firm stating I was delinquent in a loan (I never took out.)

That I owe the 1104.08 like everyone else. I got the same text

That I owed cash net $1104.00 from a on line loan received from Cashnet. Told the person that I never received a loan from this company. Stated that papers.have been filed and.tell it to the judge tomorrow. If not.paid would be put in jail. Tried to explained never received this loan and had bank.statements to prove.it. Then stated had heard this before.

That they represent Cashnet USA and that I owe $1,104.08 just like everyone else that commented on here and they were going to arrest me, call my employer and so on and so on. They were nasty with threats.

Claimed to be a lawfirm and that if debt of 1104.08 was not paid by settlement of 400.00 today that i could be garnished/sued/etc....claims debt is a payday loan...none of which i have ever had

Then a great many different threats. And ***urance that they have ALL sorts of private personal info on me.

Several text messages claiming to be representing CashNet USA. Claiming that a loan I've taken out has gone delinquent and the company will press charges. Offers settlement options or they will fill a lawsuit, garnish paychecks, etc.

Said if I didn't pay money today to them to settle my "payday" loan I would go to jail

The text was from Alpha Law Firm out if Queens NY. They do not exist! They are scammers…..they threatened me tgat if i didn't pay a settlement fee if 400.00 today ir $250 today and the remainder $400 by end if next week they will take me to court and sue me for a payday lian. I gave no debt! I forward the message to my attorney…
