I received a Text Message for this Alpha Capital Law Firm say that i owed them the of $1104.08 that i must paid before the end of the day. If not paid a warrant for my arrest for tomorrow morning will be issued.

I got a text that they have an payday loan for me in the amount of $1104.80--funny how a lot of us on here owe the same exact amount. Said they have my file and ready to send it to the courts unless I paid $400 today --$650 in two instalments or $200 bi weekly until the balance is paid, I blocked them. SCAM

Said I owed money on a delinquent payday loan and they were going to press charges, garnish my wages, and arrest me if I didn't call them and pay them today. Didn't respond. Reported it as spam through Verizon.

Rec'd text message stating I owe $1104.08 and when I asked what it was for, he said I had already been briefed regarding the balance. He said he would read me so****ing but not to interrupt him and asked if I agreed, I said, you can read it but you sound like a scam and I may not agree. Sent a text message first telling me to call - he then told me over the phone that i owed money to them and that if i didn't pay $400 settlement payment today that he would arrest me tomorrow at my work or residence.

They are scammers…..they threatened me tgat if i didn't pay a settlement fee if 400.00 today ir $250 today and the remainder $400 by end if next week they will take me to court and sue me for a payday lian. I gave no debt! I forward the message to my attorney…
