If I didn't pay 1108.00 I would have a law suite filed and they would tap into my bank account.

TOTAL OUTSTANDING BALANCE 1104.08 IF I DIDN'T PAY, THEY WILL ARREST ME BY 11 AM AT MY JOB OR RESIDENCE. WHAT DID I WANT TO DO ABOUT THE PAYMENT.

They said I had an outstanding balance of 1104.08. They offered me a one-time settlement that had to be paid today. If I did not respond, they would file a lawsuit, take me to court, and garnish my wages. They also said they had my routing numbers, phone numbers, and bank information.

That if I don’t pay the 1104 I’ll be arrested and they’ll notify my employer and all this bs.

They say I owe the 1104.08 and have to settle right away or I go to jail I never took out a loan

Several text messages claiming to be representing CashNet USA. Claiming that a loan I've taken out has gone delinquent and the company will press charges. Offers settlement options or they will fill a lawsuit, garnish paychecks, etc.

The text was from Alpha Law Firm out if Queens NY. They do not exist! They are scammers…..they threatened me tgat if i didn't pay a settlement fee if 400.00 today ir $250 today and the remainder $400 by end if next week they will take me to court and sue me for a payday lian. I gave no debt! I forward the message to my attorney…
