I got a text from these people talking about I owe and I need to pay today. I told them to send it to me in writing. I want to see do***ents.

Same as everyone else says I'm being prosecuted for loans I never took out and asking for me to pay 400 and 650 and whatever I have in my wallet so I won't go to prison for my poor decisions lol

Text me claiming I took out a loan for $1,104.08 which I have never done. But after reading all of the information here I guess we all took out the same loan

Say they have proof against me that I owe 1104.08 where I took out a loan and they are ready to turn it over to the courts. Since I have never took out a loan in my life I told them to go ahead and file

It's funny that everyone owes the exact same amount down to the penny, $1104.08.

Received a text from “Alpha Capital Law Firm” claiming I owe $1104.08 from a loan company, they didn’t specify what company, and that I needed to pay a certain amount today.

Received a test message stating I owe for a delinquent loan that they claim was stolen because it wasn’t returned and I didn’t pay it which is funny because all of the ones I have I have been paying. The balance I owe is 1104.08. If I don't set up payment arrangements by close of buisness today I will be served with a lawsuit-my employer will be notified.

Like other callers, said they were Alpha Capital Law Firm (no such firm exists). There's a scam going around on Facebook from these ****s saying you took out a loan, it's delinquent and making the typical idle threats. It's completely safe to ignore.

Said I got a loan from cash net on line in the amount of $1104.00. Papers filed in court and I have court date tomorrow. Stated I never applied for a loan from this company. Caller said heard this before. If I did not pay would be put in jail.
