It's a woman I met on IG. She seems too good to be true. She gave me this phone number but it's an area code for New York, NY. She told me that she lives and works in Greeley, CO. Before I fall in love, I need to be sure.

Concerned Citizen Supposedly an Engineer who traveled to South Africa and needs extra cash to complete his bid and be compe***ive. Once he gets the contract, he'll pay back the thousands that he asks for. Texts photos of a very handsome Turkish bodybuilder, and also uses a WhatsApp account with a 301 area code.

Received text from this number claiming cats being eaten in Asia. Nothing else included.
