Jeff Spammers/Hackers using a website registered in the Ukraine. Text messages from them come with a url to bestbuys.com.1000prizes.com, which the casual observer may take to be Best Buy, but there site is bestbuy.com (no s) and the actual domain name on the url is 1000prizes.com, which is a ukranian registered website. iden***y or theft is object of these messages.
