Matt Have a vehicle for sale on Craigslist. Scammers' name was Thomas Hills. Said they are buying it for their cousin and will have a mover come pick it up and that I give him my PayPal. I said I just sold it but have another vehicle for sale. I told him it is a black and white car with a flashing light bar and a cage right outside your house
