I received a call from this phone number claiming to be Brian Kabe Law Firm collecting a debt for Advance America. He was very rude and threatening to have me arrested for non payment and fraud. I know an attorney would never make a threat but would state what legal actions they would be proceeding with to collect this debt. This is a scam and I advised him my son works for an attorney and that they couldn't have me arrested for non payment on a debt. At that point he ***g up on me.

Kay Received a call from this number on 1/15/15 at like 2:30 so****ing. They hing up before I could answer. I have nothing in NY, I live in Central U.S. I searched the number and it could be a plumber in Jamaica, NY. So, it must be some scam. Others have complained about the same thing. Makes me wonder what kind of scam they were pulling when hardly anyone has the chance to answer...

Cape Fear Recovery This number calls our business EVERYDAY even late at night and is trying to get us to sign up for some type of credit card ma****es, we have told them we are not interested and they get very **** and say we are not selling anything after REPEAT amount of times telling them we do not use credit cards, they just are very ignorant and disrespectful.
