Carol this man who called himself officer Rick williams from the florida state police called harrasssing me at work all morning stating that he had a warrant for me and i could settle it over the phone.  i called my local police and will be calling florida state police

BP I keep getting calls from this number. When I do answer it, which is rarely, it is always some one from another country, and english is NOT their first language. The connection is always so faint, I can't hear well enough to make out what they are saying.My nephew suggested that who ever it is maybe calling via a satalite link, and is connecting from half way around the world to a server here in FL, that is why the caller can't hardly speak english and the connection is weak. I don't know how true that is. who knows???
