I've gotten two calls from this number today. I answered the first one and there was 3-4 seconds of silence, which is normally a spam type call. I was called a***n about 4 hours later and sent it to voicemail, but no one left a message

Claims to be pain management company. Requesting me verify I have pain so they can request funding for ***ces from Medicare. Calls several time a month, always with an Indi accent, usually different phone numbers with different area codes. I believe they are defrauding the US government.
