Text me saying Hey I texted you because you're beautiful like a lot haha so I sent a message, I stalked your instagram sometimes bc I like your videos, continue doing it, it’s great. Also sent me a photo of himself in a army uniform. Where this confirms his last name

This person os harassing people and it sounds quite threatening I'm not sure if its a telemarketing I received a concern here in Michigan that this person is threatening people we know. We want to report this matter before we protect ourselves by any means necessary.
