Telemarketing inferior tools. Pushy and arrogant, they've called our shop for years and year, from phone numbers across the country. Notorious for "persuading" you to "let them" send you some tools and/or shop supplies. The items arrive and they are junk, then they BILL you for some ungodly amount for their garbage.
