Telemarketers?

Basically they say that you have downloaded software and that they are from Windows, your computer is infected, it's complete ********. I just bought this computer like 3 months ago the operating system is not compromised as I haven't really downloaded anything yet, I'm still using programs on my portable hard drive that I transferred over. Also, they don't speak english properly so you know they are evil.
